By purchasing means that you've read & agreed upon these terms

•These are for personal use only.•If you want the commercial license to use the artwork for merch, please let me know.•You're purchasing a digital file,not printed art.•For emotes commissions, Please make sure your requests meet’s Twitch /your streaming service guidelines. As the artist, I provide an illustration service, but it is not my responsibility to make sure the final artwork follows the community rules.•I require full payment before I start working . When the payment is received, I'll start working on the sketch.•Using my artwork as input into any AI learning software is prohibited.

Corrections and revisions

•you have up to 3 revisions 1 major and 2 minor.•I will start charging an extra fee, depending on the change's

Refund policy

•In the rare occasions that I cannot continue your commission you will be given a refund based on the work I have done.•I will not provide a refund if you’re unsatisfied with the final product.

Chargebacks

•If you file a chargeback, you’ll be blacklisted from ever working with me again.
• if you file a chargeback all rights to use the Art will be revoked!

Estimate Delivery/waittime

• 20 to 30 days [without rush fees]
•it will be done within 7 to 14 days with rush fees [Rush fees $10].

Copyright / Usage Policy

•As the artist, I'll always retain the copyright over the artwork I create, but I won’t claim the intellectual property (IP) of it.•I can showcase the commissioned art on my portfolio and social media for self promotion. If you don't want me to share sketches or the final artwork in my portfolio or social media,please inform me.

Payment is via PayPal invoice.
